The adventures of Gary and Carolyn living aboard and continuously cruising the uk canals and rivers on narrowboat Inca
A good one for me.
That’s me most of the time.
Sorry kids, but we are living the dream !
Lord Byron has got a Maggot ?. I think it’s some kind of dance.
An affectionate term used to mildly annoy somebody .and yes I had to look that up….
Liked this one , spent many ot these on our Inca.
Wine for me and Rose’s for Carolyn …Just the ticket !
Carolyn liked this one.
FYI, 'Buggerlugs' has a blog presence here http://alonthecanal.blogspot.co.uk/
I may be biased but Buggerlugs is the Best Yes it is mine . However the term buggerlugs is used to address a naughty or rather mischeivous child in a an affectionate way as "Hey Buggerlugs get to sleep" Buggerlugs thats enough from you" I would say it is a Lancashire saying but everyone we meet along the cut seem to think it belongs to there county I have even had Australians and Canadians claiming it to be theirs. Other great names Piston Broke, Uncle Hary's Will, physorph, and many more.
Great boat name Alan .loved it .
